Video services

For our high–quality service, we use a multi-camera real-time-mixing approach.

CARET can now offer video services as part of our suite of educational technology services to the University of Cambridge. We specialise in producing high quality televisual–style recordings of events, especially developed for academic lectures, public lectures and industry presentations.

Video services include:

• digital video-recording of procedures and events (e.g. demonstrations, lectures, lecture series, workshops, conferences) using multiple cameras
• guidance on the effective use of video for teaching and learning, including using video in VLEs and creating learning objects
• editing clips of recorded material for particular teaching purposes
• providing a customised template for the online or other delivery of your material
• indexing material for easier navigation
• synchronising video material with other resources (e.g. slides, transcripts )
• hosting streamed material on our servers
